Resepi kek gula hangus

Kek Gula Hangus

1 cawan gula

1 cawan air panas

1 cawan tepung gandum

1 cawan susu pekat manis

2 camca teh soda bikarbonat

4 biji telor

2 camca besar mentega

Cara Membuat:

1. Masak gula dengan api sederhana hingga hangus. Masukkan air panas dan
kacau hingga cair. (hati-hati semasa memasukkan air, kena gula akan
meletup2). Kemudian masukkan mentega, kacau dan sejukkan.

2. Pukul 4 biji telor sehingga kembang dan pekat. Masukkan susu pekat manis dan kacau sebati.

3. Kemudian ayak tepung dan soda bikarbonat. Masukkan sedikit demi
sedikit ke dalam adunan telor tadi. Akhir sekali masukkan gula hangus
tadi. Kacau rata. Tuang adunan dalam loyang 7″x7″ dan perap adunan
selama 3 – 4 jam.

4. Panaskan ketuhar dengan suhu sederhana 160 – 180 C dan bakar selama
45 minit ke 1 jam. (*saya bakar pada suhu 160 C selama 50 minit shj).
