AirAsia warns ‘2013 AirAsia High 5 Special Bonus’ is a scam

SEPANG: AirAsia did not organise any lottery programmes.
The airline have advised the public to ignore emails from an entity “AirAsia (Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters)”, declaring them as winners of a lottery programme called the “2013 AirAsia High 5 Special Bonus”.

“AirAsia neither organised such programmes nor authorised any company, organisation or gaming establishment to hold a lottery programme on our behalf.

“It is a fraud and AirAsia shall not be held liable for any claims pertaining to the false lottery programme,” the company said in a statement.

AirAsia said it has reported the matter to the authorities.
